With your bless, our event "RAMADHAN MENJELANG TIBA II' that was held on 5/9/2008-7/9/2008 was successfully conducted although there was a few changes from the original plan.

"RAMADHAN MENJELANG TIBA II' is a collaboration event initiated by Department of Quantity Surveying and MPP Uitm Samarahan .

A lot of activities were held in conjunction with our "RAMADHAN MENJELANG TIBA II' event such as Solat Tarawikh, Jamuan Moreh, Distribution of Bubur lambuk, Ramadhan Religious Talk, Nasyid Performances and the most exciting event was Break Fast Ceremony with our brothers & sisters from PERYATIM.

Our thank you goes out to our honourable guest, Ass. Prof Dr. Jamil Haji Hamali, Mr. Jamaluddin Sulaiman and En Ahmad Faiz bt Abd Rasyid for taking the time to attend this event.

Our highest gratitude to Miss Akmal Adillah and the committee involved for without them, this event would not have materialised. Not forgetting those who directly and indirectly involved to make this event runs smoothly, May Allah Bless You, Insya Allah…

Tutorial In Class For QSD381-Measurement of Construction Works V

One of the activity involved in measurement class is for the student to do the tutorial which is whereby the student will be be measuring the works based on the drawings.

In the tutorial class, the part 6 students of AP114 will measure the surface water drainage, sewerage, roads,turfing,water reticulation,fencing and gate which all this works can be classified as External Works.

Tutorial In Class For Subject QSD393-Measurement of Civil Engineering Works

One of the activity involved in measurement class is for the student to do the tutorial which is whereby the student will be be measuring the works based on the drawings. Under the civil engineering works, the part 6 students will have to measure the Retaining Wall. These include the earthworks & concrete works. Sooner the part 6 student will be measuring the Road and pavement works.

Lawatan Akademik Pelajar Part 1 (Group 1&2)

Satu lawatan ke tapak bina projek Kem tentera 4 Renjer di Jalan Muara Tuang, Stakan telah diadakan pada 29 Ogos 2008 dari jam 8.30 hingga 11.30 pagi ditemani 3 org pensyarah iaitu Miss Myzatul Aishah, Miss Asma Alia dan Miss Kumalasari. Projek yang menelan belanja melebihi RM200 juta itu melibatakan beberapa fasa. Para pelajar telah berpeluang untuk melawat Fasa D yang antaranya terdiri daripada bangunan pentadbiran.

Terima kasih diucapkan kepada En Ridzuan daripada KACC Sdn Bhd, En Fairuz dpd Kumpulan Ukor Bahan Swak dan juga org org clerk of work and supervisor yang telah menerangkan kepada pelajar berkenaan dengan teknologi binaan dan serba sedikit berkenaan kontrak dan tugas jurukur bahan.

Para pelajar juga dilihat telah menunjukkan minat yang mendalam sepanjang lawatan diadakan. Semoga lawatan akademikseumpama ini akan dapat diadakan lagi pada masa akan datang.

Musim Test Utk Student AP114

Rasanya sekarang adalah musim peperiksaan kecil/TEST untuk para pelajar AP114. Mungkin ada part-part yang belum test tapi ada jugak part-part yang sudah exam. Good Luck utk semua. Antara kelas yang sudah menduduki Test 1 ialah kelas part 3, utk subject QSD236. Result pun dah nak keluar.

Part 6 pun sudah menduduki Test untuk subject Const tech V dan akan menyusul Profesional practice II.

Dengarnya part 1 pun akan menduduki test untuk subject Construction technology I.

Good Luck kepada semua pelajar. Pastinya waktu senggang ketika berpuasa dapat digunakan untuk mengulangkaji juga waktu selepas sahur atau sementara menunggu waktu berbuka.

Saya ingin mengambil kesempatan untuk mengucapkan Selamat Menyambut Bulan Ramadhan kepada kesemua pelajar dan pensyarah di UiTM Sarawak. Semoga Ramadhan kali ini membawa memberi keberkatan dalam hidup kita, Amin.

Well, everyone have a right to speak their opinion..personally, i would like to congratulate the lecturer in charge and all the committe members for their success in organizing such a wonderful event. Their enthusiasm and commitment to make sure the programme runs well is highly appreciated.



Although the programme started a bit late from schedule due to the electricty supply problems (beyond our control), its still under control and runs as planned though a bit of changes from the orginal programme tentative.



......The cute props, nice food (nasi ayam), entertaining and touching performances (Part 1, Part 6 and Cactus), cute and delicious cookies as the door gift, wonderful crowds & etc....its perfect & wonderful..
